By referring to P5 Homes, you are assured that you have recommended friends/ families/ colleagues/ just a known person to a trustworthy, reputable, confident, reliable, licenced, insured and experienced building construction company P5 Homes.
Willing to help someone and you, referring is easy:
- Inform your friend about P5 Homes and request for their consent to contact one of our reliable team members to organise a meeting (at this point, you do not need to obtain or provide us with any personal information from your friend)
- Your friend has the option to visit our office or contact us to organise a meeting
- After successfully completing the meeting, we will have your name in our record as a referrer. So, your friend’s information remains confidential.

A referrer fee is subject to change without further notification, however agreed value will be paid upon successful deal. A referral fee will be paid after completion of full project work and a final payment of the client of the project.
You will be required to provide your Australian Business Number (ABN) to claim your referral fee, alternatively, we will require you to withhold 46.5% of payment and pass to the Australian Taxation Office. Our offered referral fee is $1100.00 inclusive GST and if you are not GST registered that referrer fee is $1000.00. P5 Homes encourage you to talk to your tax professional to discuss the tax consequence.
We will require to advise your recommended person, the referrer fee will be paid to you in our engagement contract/ tender).
